On Tuesday, Day 389 of the Israeli genocide against the entire population of the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of various parts of the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern parts that remain surrounded and isolated, killing dozens of Palestinians, largely children and women.
The death toll from the morning’s bombing of a five-story apartment building in Beit Lahia has risen to 109 Palestinians killed, while many more are seriously or critically injured (see below for full report from this morning).
At least seventy remain trapped under the rubble, unable to be reached by the civilians that have taken on the task of being rescue workers, as all of civil society in Gaza has collapsed over the past year of genocidal violence aimed at exterminating the population of Gaza.
Later in the evening on Tuesday October 29th, at least five citizens were killed and more than 20 others were injured on Tuesday evening, as a result of Israeli shelling on Gaza City.
Local sources confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces’ warplanes launched two raids on the Al-Sahaba market in the Al-Daraj neighborhood east of Gaza City, which was crowded with vendors and shoppers, leading to the deaths of at least five Palestinians and the injury of more than twenty, all of whom were transferred to hospitals.
In addition, at least 10 Palestinians were killed and dozens were injured in Israeli shelling of the town of Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip.
Local sources confirmed that the occupation forces targeted three inhabited homes in Beit Lahia, which led to the death of at least 10 and the injury of dozens by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip.
According to @GazaNotice, 18 were killed and several injured in an Israeli aerial bombardment on Rami Al-Louh’s house, which was sheltering displaced relatives from the Al-Masri family in central Beit Lahia, northern Gaza.
The names of those killed are:
– Mona Fathi Al-Masri and her four children
– Rami Al-Louh (Abu Al-Amir) and his six children
– Layla Rami Al-Louh and her daughter
– Malak Fathi Al-Masri (Um Al-Amir)
– Fathi Al-Masri (Abu Fadi)
– Sabah Al-Masri (Um Fadi)
– Mohammad Fathi Al-Masri
The whole of northern Gaza is now without medical services.
The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, since October 7, 2023, which resulted in the killing of at least 43,061 citizens, and the injury of 101,223 others, the majority of whom are children and women, in an incomplete toll, as thousands of people are still missing under the rubble, amid the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the besieged Strip.
Among the slain Palestinians are at least 17,029 children, 11,585 women, 2,421 elderly people, 177 journalists, 85 emergency responders, 986 medical staff, and 203 UNRWA staff.
The British Lancet Medical Journal and other experts estimate the death toll in Gaza is much higher – and could be above 200,000, when counting both direct and indirect deaths related to the Israeli war on Gaza.
This most recent escalation of Israel’s ongoing military occupation of Palestine began October 7th 2023 when 1,143 Israelis were killed, including 767 civilians and 376 armed soldiers. Around 500 Israeli soldiers have been killed between October 7th and now – both in Gaza and on the Israeli border with Lebanon.

The Israeli army expanded its offensive and bombing from the land, air, and sea, striking various parts of the coastal enclave, amidst a deadly siege of more than 100,000 Palestinians in Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, and Jabalia, in northern Gaza.
In Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, the army bombed a five-story residential building for the Abu Nasr family in Beit Lahia, killing more than 77 Palestinians, mostly children and women, and wounding dozens, including more than twenty who suffered critical wounds, while many Palestinians remain under the rubble.
The wounded were rushed to the devastated Kamal Adwan hospital which has also been subject to numerous Israeli bombings. The building housed more than 150 displaced Palestinians and is owned by the Abu Nasr family.

Medical sources have confirmed that the number of casualties in the building is much higher, as dozens remain under the rubble, especially since the Civil Defense teams have not been able to reach them due to the siege, destruction, and ongoing bombing, while the army also targeted rescue workers.
The soldiers also invaded the Al-Fakhoura school, run by UNRWA, in the Jabalia refugee camp, and burned it.
Al-Jazeera has confirmed that the Israeli soldiers burned the school and added that the army continued their aerial and artillery bombardment of various areas in the besieged north and other parts of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of at least 36 Palestinians and dozens of injuries on Monday.

In addition, the army fired a missile at a home where displaced families sheltered in the Al-Fakhoura area in the Jabalia refugee camp, killing and wounding many Palestinians, including children and women.
At least seven Palestinians, including children, were killed and many were injured by Israeli missiles and shells targeting two homes of the Al-‘Omari and Abu ‘Obeid families.
Furthermore, the army fired many artillery shells at the Qleibo area, behind Sheikh Zayed Towers, amidst the escalating bombing of Beit Lahia and the Jabalia refugee camp.
The northern parts of the Gaza Strip, especially Jabalia and Beit Lahia, have been witnessing constant bombing and a deadly siege for the last 25 days, while Israel continues to try to enforce the complete evacuation and displacement, to fully isolate northern Gaza from Gaza City.
Al-Jazeera reported that an Israeli drone has been firing since the morning on Tuesday, on the western areas of Jabalia refugee camp, coinciding with continuous artillery shelling on the area.
In Gaza City, at least ten Palestinians were injured when the army fired a missile at a home housing displaced families on Nafaq Street.
The army also fired a missile at another Palestinian home near Hira’ mosque in Gaza City. At least ten Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army bombarded the Zawayda area, in the Deir Al-Balah governorate, in central Gaza.
In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired many missiles at several areas, including targeting displaced families near the shore. Rafah, in Gaza’s southernmost part, was also subject to Israeli bombing, especially the Shalalfa area, south of Mawasi Rafah.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres has warned that a law banning the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) from operating in Israel could have devastating consequences for Palestinian refugees in the occupied Palestinian territories, calling it unacceptable.
In a press statement, Guterres emphasized, “There is no alternative to UNRWA. Implementing this legislation would be harmful to resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and to regional peace and security. As I have previously stated, UNRWA is indispensable.”
Guterres also announced plans to bring this issue before the 193-member United Nations General Assembly.
The vote by the Israeli Parliament against @UNRWA is unprecedented. It opposes the @UN Charter and violates the State of Israel’s obligations under international law.
Failing to push back against these bills will weaken our common multilateral mechanism.

Last night, the Israeli Knesset passed the law in its second and third readings, prohibiting UNRWA’s activities within Israel, despite warnings from the UN and international organizations about the risks of this legislation, which contravenes international charters and laws.
The legislation aims to prevent any activity by UNRWA and stipulates that “UNRWA shall not operate any representative offices, provide any services, or conduct any activities, directly or indirectly, in the territories of the State of Israel.”
Under this law, the 1967 agreement that permitted UNRWA to operate in Israel is nullified, effectively halting the agency’s activities in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories and prohibiting any interaction between Israeli officials and UNRWA staff.

UNRWA was established by a United Nations General Assembly resolution in 1949 with a mandate to provide assistance and protection to Palestinian refugees in its five areas: Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip.
Israel has now killed at least 43,020 Palestinians, including 17,029 children, 11,585 women, 986 medical staff, 177 journalists, 496 educators, 203 UNRWA workers, and 85 Civil Defense medics. and injured more than 101,110, largely children and women, in addition to the thousands who remain missing, largely under the rubble of bombarded homes, buildings, alleys, and streets across the coastal enclave since October 7, 2023.
In the occupied West Bank, Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have now killed 763 Palestinians, including 166 children since October 7, 2023.
